Crime & Punishment: Most Wanted

Vitaliy Nikolayevich Spichak San Francisco police are seeking Spichak in connection with a Feb. 10, 2006, stabbing at 1335 Washington St. He is suspected of stabbing an acquaintance and has been seen near the 600 block of Haight Street and in the Richmond district. He is described as 6 feet tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Spichak hails from Russia and is considered armed, dangerous and a flight risk, police said. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the SFPD at
