A construction crew found a grenade while digging at a site in San Francisco’s Design District early Thursday morning, police said.
The crew was working in the unit block of Arkansas Street when the grendade was found just before 7 a.m., according to police.
Officers responded and removed the device for destruction. No injuries were reported, and no one was arrested.
