Cow Hollow collision leaves woman with life-threatening injuries

A woman was seriously injured when she was struck by a car Monday night in the Cow Hollow neighborhood, according to police.

The 52-year-old woman was hit around 7:05 p.m. last night while crossing at Broadway and Laguna streets, police say.

The woman was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car remained at the scene, police said.

The intersection of Broadway and Laguna streets is not considered part of a high-injury corridor for pedestrians, according to city data.

This is the second pedestrian to be seriously injured in a collision in The City over the last two days, according to police.
