Couch blocks traffic on I-280 Monday morning

A couch blocked the middle lane of southbound Interstate 280 just south of Ocean Avenue at 8:11 a.m. Monday.

A no-injury collision occurred on westbound Interstate 80 on the Fremont Street offramp at 8:27 a.m.

Inbound Muni service was delayed at the Forest Hill station at 7:58 a.m. Monday due to a train that went out of service with a door issue.

The inbound 1-California and 44-O’Shaughnessy Muni lines were blocked at the intersection of California Street and Sixth Avenue at 7:55 a.m. Buses are rerouting.

The Muni 9-San Bruno and 71-Haight/Noriega lines had longer than normal wait times at 6:34 a.m.Bay Area NewsMunitrafficTransittransportation
