Convention & Visitors Bureau promoting International Pow Wow

What is International Pow Wow and why should you care? You should care because it’s the largest industry trade show and it’s estimated to generate more than $350 million for tourism in San Francisco next year — a boon for the beleaguered industry that’s been trying to make a comeback.

To be sure everyone gets it, the SF Convention & Visitors Bureau is holding a slew of community briefings to discuss the International Pow Wow at no charge. The first briefing will be held Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the SFCVB Boardroom, 201 Third St. Suite 900.
