Collapsed scaffold leaves two workers hanging

Two workers are hanging from collapsed scaffolding outside a building under construction in San Francisco as fire crews prepare to rescue them, San Francisco Fire Department spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said. Fire crews are at the building at 440 Davis St. near Jackson Street and the Embarcadero, she said.
