CHP to conduct DUI checkpoint in S.F. on Friday

The California Highway Patrol will hold a checkpoint in San Francisco on Friday to target drunken and unlicensed drivers.

The checkpoint will be held from 10:30 p.m. Friday to 12:30 a.m. Saturday at an undisclosed location.

The CHP plans to check all vehicles, and drivers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be arrested.

Drivers without a valid license will receive a citation and have their vehicle impounded.
