CCSF debuts as top-ranked team

City College of San Francisco football coach George Rush and his team are ranked No. 1 in the first California Community College Football Coaches Association state poll of the season after drilling Cabrillo 44-2 in their season opener. The College of San Mateo checks in at No. 8 in the poll after opening its season with a 38-16 rout of De Anza.
