Campos travels to Barcelona

On Tuesday Supervisor David Campos was excused from the Board of Supervisors meeting. The reason appears to be that Campos is on a seven-day trip in Barcelona, Spain.

Campos was apparently invited by the California Sister Relationship Organization to promote relations between Barcelona and San Francisco.  The group is also paying $2,000 for Campos’ traveling costs.

Supervisors have done their share of traveling lately.

While he was absent this week, Campos will likely be around on Oct. 5, a day brimming with political activity.
