Caltrain's Grade Crossing Improvement program nears completion

Construction is expected to be completed today on the transit agency’s Grade Crossing Improvement Program, which will enhance safety at 25 county crossings. Crossings at Oak Grove and Ravenswood avenues in Menlo Park and Fair Oaks Lane and Watkins Avenue in Atherton were expected to be completed this morning. Also, repair crews were replacing cross ties on the track between the Bayshore and Millbrae stations.
