Body found at Lands End this morning

A body was found at San Francisco's Lands End this morning, according to the fire department.

A report came in at 8:21 a.m. about a deceased person at Lands End, west of the Legion of Honor museum, a fire official said.

The San Francisco medical examiner's office and U.S. Park police also responded to the scene.
