Bayview shooting injures 1

A 28-year-old man was injured in a shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Friday afternoon, police said Monday.

The shooting was reported at about 12:10 p.m. Friday on Garlington Court near Hilltop Park.

The victim was standing outside when he heard multiple gunshots and realized he had been hit by the gunfire, according to police.

He went to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.

No arrest has been made in the case and no suspect information was immediately released by police.
