Bay Meadows transformation off and running

Demolition of the Bay Meadows Racecourse is well under way in the first phase of redevelopment of the former historic racetrack.

The project will transform the site and feature a 15-acre public park network, 1,171 homes and 750,000 square feet of office space along the Caltrain rail line.

Additionally, there will be 93,000 square feet of surrounding shops and restaurants in the open neighborhood “Town Square” core.
