BART extends weekend service

BART will run longer trains to accommodate the thousands of sports fans attending Cal football, Raiders and Giants games this weekend. There’s the 3 p.m. Cal vs. Colorado State matchup Saturday and the Giants-Dodgers and Raiders-Chargers games, which both begin at 1:05 p.m. Sunday. BART officials suggest riders buy round-trip tickets to avoid lines before the ride home.
