Bank robber doesn’t make it far

A bank robber was busted on his way out of a Mission Street bank Thursday, according to police.

At 3:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Mission Street, a 50-year-old white man entered a bank and handed the teller a note demanding money, cops said.

The teller gave the bandit the money but he was arrested outside the bank by arriving officers, police said.
