Another pedestrian struck by Muni

A person hit by a San Francisco Municipal Railway streetcar this afternoon has been transported to San Francisco General Hospital with minor injuries, according to San Francisco Fire Department Lt. Al Posey.

The pedestrian was struck on the corner of Third Street and Williams Avenue inSan Francisco's Bayview District as he was crossing Third Street at around 12:30 p.m., according to Muni spokesperson Alan Siegel.

Siegel said the accident scene has been cleared and traffic is moving normally.
