Amber Alert issued for three children from West Sacramento

An Amber Alert has been issued in Yolo and Sacramento counties for three children who were abducted Saturday by their biological father.

The father has a history of domestic violence and methamphetamine use, according to law enforcement.

The Gerasimov children — ages 7, 4, and 2 — were taken from 630 Cummins Way in West Sacramento.

Vitaliy, 7, has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Valeriy, 2, has brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 30 pounds and is about 3 feet tall. Alisa, 4, has brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 3 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 55 pounds.

They are believed to be with Dmitriy Gerasimov, 30, who has brown hair, brown eyes, stands about 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs about 146 pounds.

They may be traveling in a black Mercedes-Benz 300SE with a California license plate No. 6THU701.
