80-year-old dodges bullet

An 80-year-old man literally dodged a bullet Saturday morning, but was injured while falling to the ground, police said.

A 67-year-old Asian man shot at the victim following a wild argument in the 1300 block of Stockton Street, police said. The suspect whipped out a handgun, shot at the 80-year-old man and missed, police said.

The victim fell to the ground, striking the back of his head, police said. He suffered a laceration. He survived the injury, police said.

The 67-year-old shooter was arrested, police said.
