19-year-old arrested for Sunday shooting

The San Francisco Police Department today arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a shooting in the city's Alamo Square neighborhood that injured another 19-year-old man Saturday.

Justin Howard was served with a $500,000 warrant at his home in the 1200 block of Turk Street just after 7 a.m. today.

Howard, who remains in custody, has been charged with attempted murder and assault with a firearm, with a gang enhancement charge. The shooting took place at Webster and Fulton streets.
