Westcore properties acquires Sunnyvale office building

Westcore Properties LLC has acquired a 53,404 square foot office building on 2.98 acres at 455 De Guigne Drive in Sunnyvale for $18.1 million, the company announced this week.

The building is 100 percent leased to Tandberg Television, according to a statement from Westcore.
