Wells Fargo offers assistance to fire victims

San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) announced several programs Wednesday to assist those affected by wildfires in Southern California.

The assistance includes payment options for affected customers with an existing home mortgage, emergency unsecured loans of up to $25,000, home equity line increases of up to $25,000 and case-by-case assistance for credit card and debit/ATM card users. Assistance for small business customers will include emergency credit line increases, bridge and term loans, credit protection activation, skip-a-payment, fee waivers and case-by-case assistance.
