WebSky sells Argentina division

San Francisco-based broadband Internet firm WebSky Inc. has sold its Argentina subsidiary, WebSky Argentina SA, to NextWave Wireless Inc., the company announced Tuesday.

Licenses for Infotel Argentina SA and Callbi SA will be transferred to NextWave as part of the agreement.

WebSky has also entered into a services agreement with NextWave Argentina to support NextWave’s operations in that country.
