Telava to Acquire IBFA

San Francisco-based Telava Networks Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire IBFA Acquisitions LLC, the company announced Monday.

IBFA is a licensed competitive local exchange carrier, a long distance provider and an internet service provider based in the Midwest.

Details of the acquisition will be released upon its completion, expected by the end of this month, the company said in a statement. It is expected to bring more than 55,000 new customers to Telava, a wireless internet services provider.
