Swig Company buys 274 Brannan St.

An affiliate of San Francisco’s Swig Company bought 274 Brannan St., a nine-story, 105,225 square foot data and telecommunications building for an undisclosed amount, the company announced Friday.

The building dates to the 1920s and originally housed a maintenance facility for the Pacific Railroad.

The Swig Company also announced the leasing this week of its 633 Folsom St. office building to the California Pacific Medical Center. The building was previously occupied by Wells Fargo
