Shorenstein Properties buys office park in Atlanta

San Francisco’s Shorenstein Properties LLC, a real estate investment firm, has purchased Palisades Office Park, a 630,985 square foot, four-building 23-acre office campus in Atlanta, Georgia for an undisclosed sum.

The property was previously jointly owned by Tishman Speyer (TSEYF) and Lehman Brothers (LEH).
