Scoop: Halle Berry’s hot new romance with co-star

Halle Berry and her latest leading man appear to be practicing their love scenes off camera. While filming in Paris, the “Catwoman” star has been spotted canoodling with French actor Olivier Martinez, with whom she’s filming “Dark Tide” there.

On Sunday, a gawker spotted an intimate kiss they shared on a narrow street in the City of Lights and told People magazine, “It was the classic ‘I’m going to kiss you here in a dark corner’ move. And she was waiting to be kissed.”

That day and evening, the pair strolled around the city, breaking to ride on Olivier’s motorcycle to dinner at the Casa Bini restaurant before going back to his place.

“They had their arms around each other as they walked,” an observer said. “They were both smiling and laughing. Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple — absolutely looked like more than friends.”

Ah, two beautiful people falling in love in Paris. Does it get any more romantic?

Danielle: Spinoff?

Newly departed “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Danielle Staub said the reason she’s not returning for Season 3 is that she’s “too good” for the show and sick of the drama.

“I’m way too good for this,” the mom of two told Us magazine. “They have used me about as much as I can be used.”

After feuding with Teresa Giudice, Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita — not to mention getting her weave pulled by Jacqueline’s daughter Ashley — Danielle decided that “I think it’s time for me to move on and upward. I don’t see any interest for me to be attacked like that.”

Does this mean we’ve seen the last of Danielle? Not necessarily.

The polarizing former pole dancer said, “I want my own show. A spinoff is absolutely, positively where I’m going.”

That should be interesting.

Snooki’s Single!

So, you know that guy who’s been declaring his undying love for Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi — even “proposing” to her on a magazine cover — and insisting he’s not trying to use her for fame? Yeah, well, we’re thinking he’s trying to use her for fame.

Despite Jeff Miranda’s boasts of being her boyfriend, the pintsize “Jersey Shore” star announced via Twitter, “For the record, I have been single this whole summer. These guys are just being ultimate creepers … BIEh!”

We’re not exactly sure what “BIEh!” means — but come to think of it, that’s the noise we made upon seeing Jeff’s shirtless “Will you marry me?” magazine cover.

Wise Counseling

It’s no secret that Kourtney Kardashian and baby-daddy Scott Disick have a rocky relationship — and more than once her family has urged her to kick him to the curb. But, despite rumors of a split, the reality TV star said she and her man are “in a really good place.”

“It’s ridiculous,” the mom of Mason, 8 months, told People magazine of the breakup talk. “All the [rumors], you just have to laugh at. We’ve been working on our relationship and we’re doing the best that we can. We’re in a really good place right now and taking it day by day, and it’s good.”

Couples counseling, the “Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami” star said, has helped things get back on track.

“I think [counseling] is really important, and we always love going and feel so much better after,” Kourtney said. “I think everyone should go. People are like, ‘It’s so expensive,’ and this or that, but that’s more important than buying clothes or a handbag or shoes. It’s your life.”

Well, we agree that counseling can be a very positive thing. But, uh, Kourt? Most people are saving their money for mortgage payments and groceries, not handbags and shoes.
