Regus Group leases SF space for office center

The Dallas, Texas-based Regus Group (RGU), a global provider of office space solutions, has leased 18,000 square feet in San Francisco at 71 Stevenson Street near Market Street for a business center.

The fourth floor facility, owned by Forward One LLC, will include 64 offices, 96 workstations, one boardroom, one conference room and one videoconferencing studio.
