Oracle to acquire Ireland's Netsure

Redwood City’s based Oracle Corp. (ORCL) announced Sunday that it has agreed to acquire Dublin, Ireland-based Netsure Telecom Limited, a provider of network intelligence, analytics and network data integrity software.

The purchase is set to close this month. Financial details were not disclosed.
