Novacea loses two board members

Two board members for South San Francisco’s Novacea Inc. (NOVC) will resign in September, the company announced Thursday.

James Blair, of Domain Associates, and Jay Moorin, of ProQuest Investments, have been board members at the biopharmaceutical firm since 2001.

Novacea will reduce its board from nine to seven members following the departures.
