» Bizanga hired Jerrel Fielder as general manager. He was VP of business development for StrongMail Systems.

» Saaspoint Inc. hired Cary Fulbright as president. He was most recently VP and general manager of OnDemand for Saba, Inc.

» Bizanga hired Dave Lewis as VP of market and product strategy. He held a similar position at StrongMail Systems.

Architecture

» Perkins+Will hired RK Stewart as an associate principal in the San Francisco office working on corporate, commercial and civic projects. He was a principal at Gensler for 20 years.

» LoopNet Inc. promoted Thomas P. Byrne to president and COO. He was chief marketing officer and SVP of sales and marketing.

» McGuire Real Estate sales agent Roland Jadryev was appointed to serve on the International Committee of Certified Residential Specialists.

Finance

» Aberdare Ventures promoted principals Y. Vincent Kim and Naheed Ismaili Misfeldt to partners of the firm. Kim was an associate at Acacia Venture partners before joining Aberdare in 2002, while Misfeldt was at Bay Capital before joining Aberdare in 2003.

» Pacific Coast Bankers’ Bank named Sonia Portwood as EVP and business development manager. She was national key accounts and marketing manager for Kensington Investment Group.

» RS Investments hired Jared Buell as VP of institutional sales and service. He was director of sub-advisory and retirement sales at Phoenix Investment Partners.

» Wachovia Wealth Management has made a number of new hires to staff legal specialty group teams in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The following people will work in Oakland until a new Wealth Management office opens in San Francisco: Robert Allendorf, relationship manager; Jason M.
