Menlo Worldwide acquires Cougar Holdings

San Mateo-based Menlo Worldwide LLC, the global logistics subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (CNW), has completed the acquisition of Cougar Holdings Pte. Ltd., a Southeast Asian freight handler, for $33.9 million.
