Looking back: Humorous pre-election propaganda

Sometimes, after an election is over, it’s kind of funny to go back and watch some of the worst and least credible propaganda. Like this:

When I saw this segment, I wondered whether perhaps I’d overlooked a hot race. Naw. Tommy Sowers was running against Rep. Jo Ann Emerson, R. His “credible challenge” got him almost 30 percent of the vote. At least he did better than Jeff Reed, the “Coffee Party” write-in candidate.
