Jon Stewart mocks 'Rip Van Biden' for sleeping during Obama's speech

As expected, Jon Stewart of the Daily Show mocked Vice President Biden for falling asleep during Obama's speech on the national debt.

“Hey Rip-van-Biden . . you're the Vice-President,” Stewart hollered, “At least have the decency to paint some pupils on your eyelids!”
