Jim Webb not exactly rallying behind ObamaCare in wake of court ruling

Sen. Jim Webb, R-Va., supported the health-care bill, voting for it twice, but these days, he's not waving the ObamaCare flag. Regarding the federal court ruling that the individual mandate is unconstitutional, Webb said yesterday on MSNBC that he'll accept whatever the courts hand down.
