InterSearch Group Becomes Banks.com, Inc.

San Francisco-based Intersearch Group Inc. (IGO), which operates web sites including www.Banks.com, www.IRS.com and www.Look.com, is changing its name to Banks.com, Inc.

The name change, announced Monday and effective on or after Nov. 27, will include a change in the company’s ticker symbol on the American Stock Exchange to “BNX.”

The name change is intended to reflect the company’s focus on its flagship property, Banks.com, according to a statement from Dan O’Donnell, chairman and CEO.
