Glenborough to manage Denver-area properties

San Mateo-based Glenborough LLC has taken over management duties for several business complexes in the Denver area.

The privately-held real estate investment and management firm will manage seven properties totaling 2.2 million square feet of mixed use space, including 44 Cook, 55 Madison, Verizon Tower, The Citadel, Johns Manville Plaza, Peakview Tower and Regency Plaza One.

Glenborough already manages or has developed other properties in the Denver area at Gateway Park in Aurora and at Lima Ridge Professional Center in Centennial.
