GE’s Green Week conflicts of interest continue

General Electric owns NBC. NBC spends two weeks a year being all “green.” GE also sells many products — such as windmills and greenhouse gas credits — that are worthless without environmental regulation and subsidies.

I’ve written about GE’s Earth Week and Green Week in the past (as has Jonah Goldberg), but the most dogged pursuers of GE-NBC-Green Week conflicts of interest is NewsBusters. This week, they caught Contessa Brewer flatly calling for more government and they point out GE’s lack of disclosure about their conflicts of interest.
