Genstar Capital acquires TravelCLICK

San Francisco-based private equity firm Genstar Capital LLC has acquired TravelCLICK, a maker of software for hotels, the company announced Thursday.

Genstar is acquiring TravelCLICK for an undisclosed sum from Bain Capital and co-founders Richard Gray, Chairman of TravelCLICK, and Ray Cohen. Bain Capital will maintain a minority equity position, as will some members of the senior management team.
