Feds still funneling dollars to ACORN

The Obama administration seems to be in full court press to keep money streaming into ACORN.

As noted in an Examiner editorial, HUD has obtained an opinion from the Justice Department—released over Thanksgiving—that, despite congressional legislation defunding ACORN, HUD can still fund ACORN affiliates. In addition, it has come to my attention that federal employees can still donate to the ACORN Institute—one of the many ACORN-affiliated organizations—through the Combined Federal Campaign, as the result of a decision by Office of Personnel Management Directorr John Berry, who brushed aside complaints from Iowa Senator Charles Grassley.

Will Grassley and other members of Congress pursue this further?
