DeMint releases ad for O’Donnell

Matt Hoskins of the Senate Conservatives Fund tells me that his group, run by Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., has launched a $100,000 buy with this ad on cable in southern Delaware. This first buy, he told me, will eventually come to $250,000 and it will run statewide.

Hoskins noted that the only other group advertising in the state right now is the DSCC. “They’re trying to basically make [Democratic nominee Chris Coons] look like he’s anti-Washington, and she would fit in perfectly,” he said. This ad gives the more conventional — and I think more accurate — view of that issue.
