The California Pacific Medical Center has signed a long-term lease for a seven-story, 171,000-square-foot building at 633 Folsom Street in San Francisco’s South of Market area, according to The Swig Company, which owns the building.
CPMC will replace the current tenant, Wells Fargo Bank, whose lease expires at the end of this month, Swig Company officials said.
The Swig Company, based in San Francisco, also owns 501 Second Street, a 207,000-square-foot office building, and 274 Brannan Street, a data communications center, both in the SOMA area.
