Another 'non-lobbyist lobbyist' takes another spin through the revolving door

A minor lobbying, revolving-door related note before you head home tonight:

President Obama has picked his nominee for Assistant Secretary of Commerce in charge of Export Administration, Kevin Wolf. Wolf is not and never has been a registered lobbyist, but he works as a consultant at the Democrat-heavy lobbying firm Bryan Cave, whose lobbying clients include Anheuser Busch, Astra-Zeneca, the Biotechnology Industry Organization, Microsoft, Peabody Energy, Wal-Mart, and more. Before that, Wolf was assistant special counsel to the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct.
