4.3-magnitude earthquake strikes off Northern California coast

A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Northern California late Monday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The temblor hit at about 10:33 a.m. about 36 miles southwest of Eureka.
