Stallone denies allegations of 1986 threesome with a 16-year-old

Add Sylvester Stallone’s name to the list of Hollywood heavy hitters — including Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Kevin Spacey, Louis CK, Brett Ratner, Jeremy Piven, Jeffrey Tambor and James Toback — being accused of sexual impropriety.

Reports on Thursday said Stallone allegedly forced a teen girl into having sex with him and his bodyguard in Las Vegas more than 30 years ago, while making the 1987 movie “Over the Top.”

According to the Daily Mail, which obtained the police report, an unidentified 16-year-old filed the complaint with the Las Vegas police, alleging that Stallone and his bodyguard Michael de Luca “intimidated” her into having sex with them at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel on July 26, 1986.

Stallone, 40 at the time, apparently started having sex with the teen before asking de Luca to join. The girl, who was “very uncomfortable,” indicated that she “no choice” in the matter.

De Luca allegedly coerced the girl into performing oral sex on him before penetrating her, at which point Stallone made her give him oral sex.

Afterward, Stallone and DeLuca, both married at the time, allegedly threatened the teen that they would “beat her head in” if she told anyone.

A representative for Stallone called it “a ridiculous, categorically false story.”

AL FRANKEN APOLOGIZES

Meanwhille, U.S. Sen. Al Franken may face an ethics committee review in the wake of claims he groped and harassed radio host and former model Leeann Tweeden.

On Thursday, Tweeden released a 2006 photo of Franken (who wasn’t in office at the time) groping, or at least pretending to grope her, as she slept during a USO trip. Tweeden says Franken, a “Saturday Night Live” comedian, had written a skit for their USO show in the Middle East, which required him to kiss her.

During rehearsals, she said, he repeatedly tried to kiss her; she didn’t want to. But he persisted, eventually putting his hand on the back of her head and his tongue in her mouth.

The photo she shared online doesn’t look good: She’s sleeping in a flak vest and Kevlar helmet, and he’s got his hands on her breasts.

Franken did release a statement apologizing to Tweeden, saying he felt “ashamed.”
