Kanye West is home — safe, and apparently sound, at least for the time being.

The Kardashian and Jenner family celebrated the rap star’s return home with a small party with cake and doughnuts, E Online reported Thursday.

West spent more than a week in the hospital, apparently under psychiatric evaluation and being treated for exhaustion after he freaked out onstage (leading to canceling his tour) and in front of his personal physician.

E! reported that Kim’s sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner posted photos of blue and silver balloons inside Kim and Kanye’s Bel-Air house, where the families gathered not just to welcome West back, but to celebrate next week’s 1-year birthday of West and Kardashian’s son, Saint.

Kendall Jenner, who was taking part in the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, didn’t make the event.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times and Rolling Stone reported contents of a recently released tape of the emergency call that resulted in Kanye’s visit to the hospital.

Near the end of the five-minute exchange, the dispatcher asks the caller to “keep an eye on” West and adds, “Don’t let him get any weapons or anything like that. If anything changes, if he does become physically combative between now and when police and/or paramedics get there, call us back immediately at 911.”

HOLLYWOOD BABY ALERTS

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have announced the birth of a son.

Kunis’ rep, Melissa Raubvogel told news outlets that the actress gave birth on Nov. 30, but didn’t reveal the baby’s name.

Kutcher, appearing on Conan O’Brien’s show last month, said that Kunis rejected his favored name for the boy, Hawkeye.

The couple, who married in July 2015, also share a daughter, Wyatt, 2.

In other beautiful people baby news, Victoria’s Secret model Irina Shayk announced that she is pregnant, expecting a child with boyfriend Bradley Cooper, according to Us Weekly.

The pair apparently has been dating since April 2015.

This will be the first child for both Shayk, who dated soccer star Cristiano Ronald, and Cooper, who previously dated Suki Waterhouse and Zoe Saldana.
