Katy Perry stays calm onstage with crazy Rio fan

Someone, indeed, kissed a girl.

Katy Perry was the epitome of cool, nothing but professional, during an onstage encounter with an out-of-control fan in Rio de Janeiro.

At Monday’s Rock in Rio concert, a girl clad in black shorts and a bustier with a yellow smiley face on each boob proceeded to paw the pop star after she was invited onstage. Seemingly under the influence of who knows what, the girl didn’t stop — for several minutes — to the amusement of news and gossip sites that posted video footage of the exchange.

“She’s kissing my neck!” Perry said as the fan, apparently named Rayane, pulled the singer close and rested her head on her idol’s breast.

After a chat and a selfie, the girl even grabbed Perry’s bottomside as she was leaving the stage.

In less graphic Perry news, reports Monday indicated that the superstar has stepped up efforts to purchase a Southern California convent with great views of the Los Angeles hills.

Last week, Perry filed a lawsuit accusing rival bidder Dana Hollister of “malicious” actions that interfered with an agreement she made with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles to buy the eight-acre oasis.

ASIAN ART ICE CREAM

San Francisco’s Asian Art Museum Director Jay Xu and Deputy Director Pedro Moura Carvalho on Tuesday told reporters about the museum’s upcoming glamorous 50th anniversary programming for 2016, such as exhibits showcasing priceless imperial treasures from China, and dazzling bejeweled objects (including a gun) from 16th to 18th century Islamic courts.

The sneak preview news, however, may have been eclipsed by the announcement that the museum’s cafe will exclusively be scooping a new flavor created for the museum by San Francisco gourmet ice cream purveyor Humphrey Slocombe. Visitors willingly lapped up samples of Adzuki Almond Cookie, which, unsurprisingly, were delicious.
