Seth Rogen slams report he left pot “stench” in Sony office

After being demoted from her cushy gig as Sony Pictures’ co-chairwoman, Amy Pascal has a new headache on the studio lot: Seth Rogen’s pot stank.

The newly minted lot producer’s attempts to move into a new office suite at the studio have been delayed, according to The Hollywood Reporter, by its previous occupants: actor-writer Rogen, director Evan Goldberg and a boatload of weed, apparently. A source told the trade publication that Rogen and Goldberg’s joint ventures had infused the offices with a “stench of marijuana” and the rooms were being repainted, although another source said the distinctive smell had seeped into the very floors.

Rogen dismissed The Hollywood Reporter’s story on his Instagram account, right above pictures of the actor’s trip to the Ai Weiwei art exhibit on Alcatraz Island over the weekend.

“Don’t know what’s more irresponsible,” Rogen posted, “that they would print a story that is completely untrue, or that they would refer to how pot smells as a ‘stench.’ #mys—smellsgood.” Still, Pascal could be excused for being a little peeved at the ganja-loving duo; they co-directed “The Interview,” the Kim Jong Un assassination comedy that sparked a Sony email hack and cost Pascal her job.

WILLIS JOINS 'MISERY' ONSTAGE

Bruce Willis has done TV, films and even music, if one counts two cringe-worthy albums in the 1980s, and now he’s tackling a new challenge: Broadway.

Willis, 59, is starring opposite actress Elizabeth Marvel in the stage version of Stephen King’s novel “Misery” this fall, according to The Associated Press. The novel was adapted for the stage by William Goldman, who also wrote the 1990 film adaptation that won actress Kathy Bates an Oscar.

The theater and dates will be shared later, along with the dish on how one stages the infamous ankle-breaking scene onstage.
