Sean Penn’s son Hopper went off on a paparazzo in Beverly Hills and looked like a total jerk in the process. Hopper was behind his dad when the photographers approached, and the whole thing was caught on tape.

Hopper shoved the man, then cursed him out as he walked away, calling him a “f***ot” and a “f***ing n***er.” Astute readers might remember that his dad got three years of probation for kicking a photographer back in the day. Like father like son?

The paparazzo says he is not going to press charges, but the damage is done to Hopper’s reputation. The kid grew up in lily-white Marin County, to supposedly ultra liberal parents. Where did he learn to talk like that? He told TMZ that “I deeply regret my choice of words,” and that “I was accosted … and made to feel like an animal–  threatened and under attack–  but that does not condone my own actions.”
