Hearts are breaking across the world now that Johnny Depp is no longer on the market.

After fewer than two years of dating, Depp, 50 — who made headlines in 2012 when he and Vanessa Paradis broke up after 14 years — popped the question to 27-year-old actress Amber Heard, according to People magazine.

Heard, who was in a relationship with a woman before she hooked up with Depp, met the actor on the set of “The Rum Diary” and accompanied him and his children (by Paradis) on a promotional tour for “The Lone Ranger” last year.

Although they have not made a public statement, the couple — slated to co-star in the upcoming film “London Fields” — have been engaged for “a while,” Us Weekly reports.

Last week, paparazzi snapped a photo of Heard, wearing a massive rock on her finger, leaving a West Hollywood restaurant.

Heard joins an exclusive club of beauties Depp has dated seriously, including Kate Moss, Jennifer Grey, Sherilyn Fenn and Winona Ryder.Amber HeardFeaturesGossipJohnny DeppVanessa Paradis
