Scoop: Is J. Lo having ex tailed?

Is Jennifer Lopez playing hardball in her battle with first ex-husband Ojani Noa? She’s already succeeded in temporarily blocking release of a film based on their brief marriage together (rumored to contain steamy intimate footage). But the restaurant manager’s camp tells Life & Style magazine that J.Lo has resorted to tracking his movements.

“She’s having him followed,” Ojani’s business manager declares. “We just ran the license plate of the car — it’s a black Audi — and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani’s scared.”

“We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani,” adds Ojani’s attorney. “We believe he’s under surveillance by someone. He’s had death threats.”

A source close to Jenny from the Block, meanwhile, says the mysterious car is nothing sinister: “It’s a process server trying to give Ojani a subpoena.”

Oh. Well, that actually makes total sense. Never mind.

Identity Crisis

“New Moon” breakout star Kellan Lutz still needs to work on his recognizability. The actor was incensed when a security guard wouldn’t let him and a friend in to the film’s premiere after-party at an L.A. museum.

“He just snapped at the bouncer after a few seconds,” a source recalled to the New York Post. “It looked like things were getting physical between them.”

“They won’t let me into my own party!” Kellan appealed to the crowd of screaming fans, who promptly started chanting “Let him in!” Finally, the star was led inside by security.

Whoops! We’re thinking a bouncer or two just lost his job.

Championship Ring

Kate Hudson was handsomely rewarded for being Alex Rodriguez’s good-luck charm during the baseball season. After the Yankees clinched the World Series, with their No. 1 cheerleader looking on as usual, the slugger bought his gal pal some bling to celebrate.

According to In Touch magazine, the “Fool’s Gold” star received a white-gold Louis Vuitton ring with pink sapphires and diamonds, worth a cool $39,000 (which is about what A-Rod makes in, what, one at-bat?).

“He has a World Series ring, and now she does, too,” an inside source told the tabloid. “It’s a beautiful piece of jewelry and very unusual — just like Kate herself. He clearly knows her style and has great taste.”

But don’t get the wrong idea — it’s not an engagement ring. Still, Kate is stoked: “She, of course, thought it was such a romantic gesture.”

Yeah, a $39,000 romantic gesture, at that. Pardon us a moment while we seethe with envy.

Messy Mac

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long have weathered one split, but can their relationship survive his slacker slobbishness? According to Star, while the on-off couple is still together (for now), the “Charlie’s Angels” star has kicked the Mac guy out of her Hollywood Hills pad.

“Drew really had it with being Justin’s babysitter at home,” a source explains. “And it’s not just that he made a mess, it’s his attitude. He gets mopey and is a big-time couch potato. She isn’t thrilled about seeing this side of him.”

Seriously, could they not afford to just hire a housekeeper?
